Thanks to all those people who have contacted us since Monday asking for additional information regards some of the property related content given out on Monday evening. There was a lot of debate about the pros and cons of LHA tenants. The fact that over 60% of the people in the room had experiences of LHA tenants meant that there was certainly a lot to share and learn from their own real-life examples and how it has/has not worked for them.
